~*~GIVEAWAY~*~ $50 Gift Certificate for Quote The Walls

I am beyond excited to introduce Quote the Walls to all of you! When the owner, Rebecca, contacted me to check out her site, I not only instantly fell in love with her product, but became even more engaged once I heard the story behind the history of her business.

Rebecca (a work at home mom with two children), like many of you, was on a mission to decorate her home. She loved the quotes she found on wood boards, but never could find ones that matched her personal style. I've had this same problem myself. Being the crafty genius she is, Rebecca began to search for vinyl lettering to create words and quotes to go directly on the wall.....then came Quote the Walls! If you're looking to "Redecorate in 2008" then you have found a fabulous source of inspiration here!

You could really spend half your day just browsing Quote the Walls. You'll find everything from humorous phrases, kitchen and laundry room sayings, nursery decor, scrapbook quotes, motivational sayings, family and house quotes to spiritual phrases...just to name a few. Rebecca also offers many wall art graphics, accents, theme sets as well as car decals. The Idea & Customer Photo Gallery will give you several examples of how customers have decorated with the help from Quote the Walls. You can also customize your order by using your own quotes and fonts!

You'll be relieved to know that she uses semi-removable vinyl that won't hurt your walls. There is no shine or glare to the words because they are made with a matte finish making them look hand painted.

Rebecca is generously offering FREE SHIPPING to Pennies In My Pocket readers! Just use the coupon code: SHIPPMP when placing your order. She is also donating one $50 gift certificate for Quote the Walls!! Here is how to enter to win this fabulous prize...

TO ENTER:
Leave a comment on this post with the following information:

  • Your First Name
  • Email Address OR come back on 2/9/08 to see if you're the winner
  • Browse Quote the Walls and find a quote you would purchase if you win (or tell me your own custom quote you would get). Post the quote in your comment.
DEADLINE:
Entries will be accepted until Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at 11:59pm PST.

A winner will be randomly selected and announced as well as multiple alternates. The winner will also be contacted if contact info is provided. The winner will have until Sunday, Feb 10, 2008 11:59pm PST to claim the prize by emailing his/her full name and mailing address. If the winner does not respond by the given date, the first alternate to email his/her info will receive the prize. Click on the 'Giveaways' link on top toolbar to view the winner after the contest deadline or come back to this post. As always, I will never use your information for anything other than to contact you if you are the winner. :-)

It is not required, but would be appreciated if you could share this giveaway with your readers by posting it on your blog OR you can snag the banner (on the right sidebar) and add it to your blog to link us! Let me know if you do add the banner or link so I can stop by your blog to thank you!

DANG IT!! I already have this website saved to my favorites because along with trees, words are the theme of my house. My friend ordered a welcome sign from her front door; it looks awesome. I alredy have about a zillion phrases and words picked out. Two of my favorites are "God is there" literally transalted from the Hebrew. It is from one of the minor prophet books (can't remember) when God is giving the Israelites their millionth chance to turn back to him and rebuild the tabernacle. These words were to be inscribed as a sign in Hebrew. It means God dwells within this place. I would love to have it in Hebrew..cause I am, but English would do as well. OR I would pick a few lines from Shell Silverstein's The Giving Tree for The boys' room. They are going to have a huge green tree branch painted on their wall. A quote would be perfect underneath.

Some of my favorite quotes are "Bless this house with love and laughter" "Always kiss me goodnight", and "You can look at my dust...just don't write in it." There are so many quotes, and such little wall-space...!

I love "What soap is to the body, is what laughter is to the soul." along with "Spread Kindness". What great sayings!

I'd put the alphabet on the walls and sing "Alligators All Around" all day long.

I love this idea! I would pick the "As For Me and My House" quote to put right at our front door. Thanks!

I would go with "Rub-a-Dub-Dub" for the bathroom or "Never Trust a Skinny Cook" for the kitchen.

Ohhhhhh -- these are super cool! I would choose "Always Kiss Me Goodnight" for our bedroom and the personalized family name for our entryway!!

I thought this would be a chore since there are so many to choose from. But I nearly broke down and cried when I saw this quote, "Family - the greatest gift I ever received from God".

You know my situation and there couldn't be a more perfect quote then this one for our family.

Everytime I read it, it makes me choke up. Great...look at what you started. Ha ha! You are a true blessing.
