Menu Plan Monday & Sleepy Deals

Ahhhh sleeping in is GOOD! We were up so late (including the baby) and luckily my 15 month old likes to sleep in as much as her mother. Good reason for staying up way past our bedtime though. We threw a party for the hubby's parent's 47th anniversary! After that I had a family member come in town.

Needless to say, I'm getting a late start to everything this morning which includes being late on planning the meals for the week. I'm having to survey everything in my fridge to see what I can put together. Unfortunately, I will have to make a run to the grocery store. Funny how that happens every week.

Monday: Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Turkey Medallions
Tuesday: Leftovers from Monday (I'm making plenty)
Wednesday: Orange Chicken
Thursday: Crock Pot- Jambalaya - I'll post the recipe on Slow Cooking Thursday
Friday: Baked Ziti
Head over to orgjunkie.com for more fabulous meals!

Now for a few deals. In spirit of sleeping in, I found some bedding deals. Oh how I want to go back to bed!

Wow! 47 Anniversary! That's wonderful! I bet that was a great party. I looked at the bedding sales, very nice I love new bedding but, I've just cleaned my closets and new means storing the old and I just can't take the cluttered shelves (not right now). LOL!!! Deb

Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog, and for making a comment. It is wonderful to have new readers & new comment makers. I have just checked our your blog, and love it. I will add you to my blog roll. Your dinner idea for friday night sounds eerily similar to what I'll be making. Hmmm, maybe you need to post that recipe too. I'll check back again soon.

I want to go back to bed too! And it's 5pm and I'm counting down the minutes - is that wrong? Ha! One night away being able to sleep straight through night and now back in reality - being up at least 3 times threw me for a loop! Ha! Your recipes sound super yummy!

Oh - and yes - I'm super excited about my thirties! :o)

You are so lucky getting to sleep in late. I usually get woken up by my almost 2 year old knocking on her door and calling "Mommy? I'm stuck!"

BTW, thanks for stopping by my blog!

I'd bet you're a great hostess. That bacon-wrapped turkey thing sounds good -- would that be turkey-bacon-wrapped turkey?

I need some new bedding, but with a pillow-top mattress, it's not easy finding extra-extra deep sheets in anything but boring solids. Yawn.

What a cool blog! I love your idea of saving money while being a sahm. Yeah... I need help in that area- especially with meal planning. Since I have three kids under four and am pregnant with my fourth, I RARELY get out to spend money- except on groceries. I will be back!

Thanks for coming by my blog!
