Freaky Friday Sale - well, not really 'freaky', but hey, its Halloween...

I have to start this post off with this fabulous comment I received from Crystal, "So... I saw a bill board today it said, 'Don't just pinch pennies, squeeze the living day lights out of them.' and it made me think of you and your blog."
OK, I LOVE that! hahaha You made my day, Crystal!

Happy Halloween!!

We're taking Pumpkin Doodles to my Dad's church for their Harvest Festival with some friends. Carousel, Ferris Wheel, prizes, attractions, games, candy, food...what more could a kiddo ask for? I just bought her 'fairy princess' costume yesterday. One of the benefits to procrastinating on buying a costume is that you can get some killer deals (I paid $9.99 - gotta love half off) but the disadvantage is that I had to go to 3 stores to find her size left in anything. Her costume is way cute. Can't wait to get her all dolled up.

Even though Halloween may be almost over, here are some Halloween FREEBIES...
--Free Halloween Coloring Pages, Pumpkin Stencils & other goodies from Hershey's
--Free Halloween Coloring Pages from Ben & Jerrys
--75 Free Scary Halloween Music Downloads
--Free Disney Pumpkin Carving Stencils

I voted yesterday. I'm banning CNN and Headline News until the 5th just because I can't take anymore election coverage. Well, most likely I'll be glued to the TV on the 4th as the polls close across the nation. To make voting 'sweeter' I heard a rumor that you can get a FREE STAR SHAPED DONUT @ KRISPY KREME on election day if you wear your 'I Voted' sticker. Find a location near you by clicking HERE.

Before I get to the Friday Sale I want to post a deal that one of my readers emailed me. Thank you Carole!!

Halloween, well I will be me. Don't do the dress up thing. My college girl is a devil. She has to carry her backpack, laptop and purse on campus so she is naming them her bags of sin. LOL

I'm going to the church festival...but since my girls are adults I'm bringing the dog in his orange sweater!!

My girls are going to a costume party at Hendrix college....Tori's boyfriend is the DJ.

And even though my babies are 19 & 20...I'm going to post pictures of them because I heard their costume are going to ROCK!!

Be safe.

Will we get to see the baby all decked out in her fairy costume? For the first time in years, Hubby and I are dressing up since we are going to a costume party. It ought to be interesting since we just decided on costumes last night!

Happy Halloween! :) I love those Robeez shoes--too bad my kids outgrew these. Congrats on voting early. I agree about not watching anymore news until the 5th. Ugh, sooo over it.

Well the girl found this super cute Mad Hatter costume but now she doesn't like the hat which kinda makes it a mad HATTER costume right?? So I told her without it she looked like a waitress so we fluffed up her hair in pig tails with pink hairspray and glitter so now she is going as a punk waitress...*sigh* LOL

Well we are lame this year and not dressing up. Not even my dog. lol In the past we have been oompa loompa's (we won the prize by the way), mermaid, joker, Marilyn Monroe just to name a few. This year we are just hanging out with some friends and their brand new adorable baby girl. Should be fun.

WELL, my big kid (My husband) and I are going to a halloween party and after we are going over to his sister's to hang out with her and her husband. (Hubby is dressing up as a milk carton, and his face is one the side of the carton that says missing person, call 1-800-I'm-LOST) It's funny!

Happy Halloween! Those are the cutest shoes and I think I'm going to have to drop by Krispy Kreme even though I KNOW I don't need to! I'm not dressing up this year for Halloween but I do hope to give out some of my Halloween soaps and take my friend's kid trick-or-treating!

Great sales! I so want that Starbucks machine!! The presidential coffee is a trip! I'm with you, I'm done with this election. I still don't know who to vote for, but I will vote. Hey, I want my free donut! haha

Love the Disney stencils. I am printing them off now...for next year.

I am voting today to but since I live in OR we mail in our votes. (How weird is that??) I won't be getting a I VOTED sticker. Guess that means no Krispy Kreme for me
:(

Costumes tonight? B: Sharpay from High School Musical -complete with microphone.
Mr C will probably end up having to wear the crazy glasses and mustache disguise we got from the MIL.
Me: I will be the photographer. This excludes me from all costume requirements.

I am waiting to vote until election day because the Mason's who run my polling place give out FREE hot dogs to everyone who votes. Hubby and I have a lunch date for Tuesday.

Katie will be Abby Cadabby, Emily is a Groovy 60s Chick, and Sarah is a "dark" angel. The Hubby and I do not dress up.
